If you have a loved one that has passed away what would you ask them? Who would you talk to again?
For myself its easy to answer- it will always be my dad. I wish I could have him back even if just for an hour.
I’d ask if I’ve made him proud. If he is happy with me for the choices I’ve made.
I’d ask that he “sing” Gold Digger again because that’s always in my mind. I’d ask if he think my oldest son looks like him, because he does. I’d ask what he favorite memory of us would be, and what he felt like his greatest accomplishment was.
I’d ask if he felt pain because that’s my worry- that he felt pain when he died. I’d hear him call me “bug” one last time and say I love you. These are my questions , what would you ask? Family history questions? Personal?

For me, I just want to be healthy and comfortable in my own skin. Im not using a scale because that becomes an obsession for me. I am working out to feel better about myself. I want to be able to look in the mirror and love what I see.
I hope that for anyone they are able to see they are beautiful the way they are but the have the ability to feel beautiful for themself.
My self love is not determined by society , but by me.
Love your self. Find a way to love what you see even if you need to change something for you.

For almost 30 days now, I have been working out. No beach body, no paid anything just free apps and youtube and some past knowledge.
I do take a Pre-Workout and CLAs.
Do your homework. If looking for supplements or something to assist you, read all the info you can get.
I utilized GNC but theres planty of websites to order from as well.
When it comes to workouts you need to enjoy them or you wont want to continue. Look around youtube and the appstore to see what looks fun for you. Try it out. Youtube is a great place to try out zumba inspired workout, yoga and even HIIT workouts.
Start off with 15mins of movement and gradually increase. 30mins is a great time for quick workouts at home, during naps or play time even.
